Memorabilia UK recognises and fully respects the rights of copyright within photography. Where photographs have been obtained , given or purchased by us that do carry copyright detail we will ensure that this information remains in place on the photographs themselves.

  2. All products sold via the Memorabilia UK website are for our customers personal use only.
  3. Memorabilia UK are NOT in the business of selling photographs and images. We are specialist autograph dealers ; any photographs used are purely to enhance the desirability and impact of the display in which the signature might be incorporated. The photographs in our signed display mounts are NOT being charged for within each sale. They are given free of charge to our customer and as such Memorabilia UK therefore receive no actual financial benefit from their sale.

a) Known Provenance and history
b) Look for obvious dates or spelling mistakes
c) Age of photos. Obvious examples are recent Moviemarket 10 x 8 photos signed amazingly by people who died 30 years ago!
d) Type of pen used. Beware black sharpie and felt pens did not really exist until the 1980’s. Silver and Gold pens till the 1990’s. So fully signed 10 x 8’s and LPs from the 1970’s in felt pens by Led Zeppelin and The Sex Pistols cannot be genuine!
e) Sizes and positions of autographs on pages and photos.
