• Customers are encouraged to purchase online via our fully encrypted and most up to date secure server. Customer details are deleted and not held on file after each transaction, unless a regular customer asks otherwise. The highest standards of customer protection are strictly adhered to and most credit cards are acceptable ; sadly not American Express.
• Customers can purchase and pay by card over the telephone 9am -9pm 7 days a week if preferred. Telephone (01427) 839190.
• In some sections of the website where items are grouped together (e.g. Autograph Book Pages) please email us to check availability and potential payment methods.

• We understand that some elusive autographs can be very expensive and we will do our best to help any situations with deposits or "layaway schemes" to pay over a given period.

Deliveries

• In most cases we will attempt to dispatch same day.
• If urgent can I suggest customer informs us by telephone or separate email.
  We will always endeavour to satisfy requirements.

Postage

• All items are posted within UK by Royal Mail recorded and royal mail special delivery. Depending on size and weight price ranges from £2 recorded to £20 special delivery over 2kg. There is a standard charge placed on the website of up to £9.00 per item; this will be adjusted at source if incorrect. You can contact us if you wish to be sure of postage cost.
• International Postage
  All items are posted by Royal Mail International signed for and are fully insured. This service is usually 2-3 days to Europe and 6 to 10 days to USA and Canada. Again there is a standard charge on the website of up to £9.00 which would be adjusted at source.

Framed Items

• We do not post framed items abroad; a discount will be given if the item is advertised as framed. This is due to postage / packing costs and to avoid potential damage ...
• In some cases depending on value / size and location we may also advise a UK customer to accept an item unframed to avoid potential breakage. Framing cost

Check exchange rates if not sure. Exchange rates on the website are fixed at an average for the quarter, so may vary accordingly at the day of purchase.
