Her best remembered film roles ; "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" (1953) / "The Seven Year Itch" (1955) / "Bus Stop" (1956) and "Some Like it Hot" (1959). Every part of her personal and professional life has been the subject of conjecture and controversy. She married three times, supposedly had numerous high profile affairs and her well-documented life on film sets was never dull ..... She was famously found dead at her home on August 5th 1962 aged just 36 ; the suspicious circumstances of her death classified as ... "probable suicide" ... and remain the subject of many continuing conspiracy theories.
