- The maximum compensation liability for Memorabilia UK (Mark Riddle) in respect of any dispute arising from a sale made by us at anytime is the original and actual purchase price paid by the customer shown on their paperwork receipt. This is a strict condition of any sale.

- You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

- If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information.
- If an item is faulty on delivery contact Memorabilia UK immediately to explain the fault. We'll either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.

Returns
Return your order to us within 7 days. Complete with covering letter and a copy of the original invoice. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. Once we've received them back, we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Certain products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a refund can be issued.
If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. We will refund the return postage for items found to be faulty.
Please take sometime to read all of our autograph advice sections and about the services we offer. Sadly for the inexperienced buyer it is a minefield out there with experts estimating 80 % of all autographs sold being fake.

Always check ...
a) Known Provenance and history
b) Look for obvious dates or spelling mistakes
c) Age of photos. Obvious examples are recent Moviemarket 10 x 8 photos signed amazingly by people who died 30 years ago!
d) Type of pen used. Beware black sharpie and felt pens did not really exist until the 1980’s. Silver and Gold pens till the 1990’s. So fully signed 10 x 8’s and LPs from the 1970’s in felt pens by Led Zeppelin and The Sex Pistols cannot be genuine!
e) Sizes and positions of autographs on pages and photos.
