• The maximum compensation liability for Memorabilia UK (Mark Riddle) in respect of any dispute arising from a sale made by us at anytime is the original and actual purchase price paid by the customer shown on their paperwork receipt. This is a strict condition of any sale.

• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. Payment

• After submitting an order to us we will use our PDQ machine to facilitate the payment.

Cancellation

• You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
• If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of goods please email enquiries@memorabilia-uk.co.uk.
• If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information.

Returns

Return your order to us within 7 days. Complete with covering letter and a copy of the original invoice. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. Once we've received them back, we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Certain products may need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a refund can be issued.

If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. We will refund the return postage for items found to be faulty.

• If an item is faulty on delivery contact Memorabilia UK immediately to explain the fault. We'll either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.
