ADAM AND THE ANTS. English pop-group who scored Ten UK Top 10 hit singles between 1980-83 including three No1s (Stand and Deliver / Prince Charming and Goody Two Shoes). Other notable hits include Antmusic and Antrap. Their lead singer Adam Ant became one of the most recognisable pop-stars of the period.

A collectable original vintage January 1978 "The Marquee Wardour Street" double sided monthly band listings advertising flyer. Featuring ; Adam & The Ants / Slaughter & The Dogs / Squeeze / Van Der Graaf / The Police etc
This flyer dates from just a few weeks after the band became Adam & The Ants and they did not yet have a record deal. They made their radio debut in this month on John Peel's BBC Radio 1 show when they recorded a session on 23rd January 1978 that included the songs "Deutscher Girls" / "It Doesn't Matter" / "Puerto Rican" and "Lou" the latter of which featured the group's manager Jordan on lead vocals
