From the autograph collection of BOAC / BA flight attendant Michael K who obtained a large portfolio of celebrity signed BA flight menus during the 1980-90s. Most menus are eight pages and make interesting reading, showing what was available in-flight for Breakfast / Dinner and Bar Service. Many are dedicated to him with additional messages of thanks for his fine service. Includes a typed copy of a letter from him detailing some of his memories.
