BEE GEES. Multi award winning English harmonic singing trio featuring brothers Barry / Robin and Maurice Gibb. One of the biggest selling pop acts of all time selling in excess of 200 million records over an incredible 45 year career. They first found fame in the UK with No1 singles "Massachusettes" 1967 and "Ive Gotta Get a Message to You" in 1968. Their second major period of success came in 1977 with the iconic disco soundtrack album "Saturday Night Fever" , the seventh best selling LP of all time with over 40 million sales and the following album "Spirits Having Flown" 1979 selling 30 million copies. Over the years the brothers have written classic songs recorded by almost every major artist. The group was rocked in 2003 by the sad sudden death of Maurice and then again in 2012 by the loss of brother Robin ...........
