BEVERLEY SISTERS autographs. British female vocal trio popular during the 1950-60s. Their best known hits include ; Sisters / I saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus and Little Drummer Boy. They were the first UK female group to break into the US Top10 and are widely credited as having been the highest paid female entertainers in the UK of the period. The Sisters entered the Guinness Book of Records in 2002, as the world's longest surviving vocal group without a change in the line up. In the 2006 New Year Honours List, they were each awarded an MBE.

An original letter on headed paper all handrwitten in ink by eldest sister Joy and signed by her at the conclusion ;
"Thank you so much for giving us such wonderful interview last week. Weve had really great re-action and we are so delighted. Once again our loving thanks to you ...."
We are unsure but believe that Joy has also signed for her two sisters Teddie and Babs on this letter. So this has been priced as such. The correspondents name has been removed.
