BLUE ACES SHOWBAND. Irish show-band formed in Waterford during the late 1950s. They famously backed fifteen year old singer Lulu in June 1964 when she recorded her first UK No7 hit "Shout" on BBC TV Top of The Pops. They were also known as Tony Condon & The Blue Aces.

A very rare pair of consecutive original 1964 autograph book pages, clearly signed in ballpoints by Lulu (To Mike with love xxxx) AND six members of The Blue Aces Showband ; Charlie Cheevers (sax) / John Cooney (piano) / Jerry Oshea (drums) / Ron Carthy (trumpet) / Tony Walsh (vocals / trombone) and Jimmy Phelan (guitar).

Suitable for mounting and display.
