Burgess Meredith

BURGESS MEREDITH d1997. American film / tv actor and director over six decades. Winner of several Emmys and nominated for Academy Awards for his virtuostic performances. He is best known for his outstanding performances as The Penguin in The Batman TV series and for playing Mickey Goldmill in the first three Rocky films of the 1970s. He died of Alzheimers aged 89 in 1997
