DAVID PROPHET d1981. British racing driver who participated with Brabham in two Formula One World Championship Grands Prix debuting on 28th December 1963. He scored no championship points. He was killed aged 43 in a helicopter crash shortly after taking off from Silverstone Circuit on 29th March 1981
