Derek Francis

DEREK FRANCIS d1984.  English comedy and character actor. He was a regular in the Carry On films, appearing in six of the films in the 1960s and 1970s. He had many parts in well known TV series of the period ; Rising Damp / The Professionals / The Sweeney / New Avengers / Danger Man / Jason King / Z Cars and Dr Who. He died of a heart attack in London on 27th March1984 aged 60
