DOBIE GRAY d2011. American singer and songwriter, whose musical career spanned soul, country, pop and musical theatre. His hit records included ; "The In Crowd" (1965) and "Drift Away" which was one of the biggest hits of 1973, selling over one million copies. He died in Nashville aged 71 on December 6th 2011.
