DONALD PLEASENCE OBE d1995. English actor with over 200 screen credits during his 40 year career. Often typecast as villainous and psychopathic characters, he is best known for his work as Ernst Stavro Blofield in "James Bond" and as Dr Loomis in "Halloween". He died of heart failure aged 75 in 1995
