GORDON JACKSON OBE d1990. Scottish Emmy-Award winning actor best remembered for his classic 1960-70s TV roles, as the butler Angus Hudson in Upstairs Downstairs and as George Cowley (the head of CI5) in The Professionals. He died of cancer aged 66 in 1990
