British European and Commonwealth Heavyweight Boxing Champion 1970 and a British Institution after famously flooring Muhammad Ali with "Enrys Ammer" in the 4th round of their first fight in 1963. He again fought Ali in 1965. Twice winner of BBC TV Sports Personality of The Year in 1967 and 1970
