Humble Pie
HUMBLE PIE. English rock band first formed by Steve Marriott in Essex during 1969. They are known as one of the late 1960s' first supergroups and found success on both sides of the Atlantic. They are remembered for songs including ; "Black Coffee" / "30 Days in The Hole" / "I Don't Need No Doctor" and "Natural Born Bugie". The original band lineup featured lead vocalist and guitarist Steve Marriott from the Small Faces, guitarist Peter Frampton (Herd), Greg Ridley (bass Spooky Tooth) and seventeen year old drummer Jerry Shirley. Peter Frampton was replaced in 1971 by Dave Clempson.
