John Kendrew

JOHN KENDREW d1997. English biochemist, crystallographer and science administrator. He shared the 1962 Nobel Prize in Chemistry with Max Perutz, for their work at the Cavendish Laboratory to investigate the structure of heme-containing proteins. He died in Cambridge aged 80 on August 23rd 1997
