John Stuart

JOHN STUART d1979. Scottish actor and a very popular leading man in British silent films in the 1920s. He appeared in two films directed by Alfred Hitchcock. His first talkie Kitty (1929) was a successful production. His last role was in the film Superman (1978) as a Kryptonian elder. He died in London aged 81 on October 17th 1979
