MEN AT WORK. Australian rock band best known for their 1981 hit "Down Under". In January 1983, they became the first Australian artists to have a simultaneous No1 album and No1 single in the US Billboard charts with Business as Usual and Down Under. With the same works, they achieved the same distinction of a simultaneous No1 album and No1 single on the Australian / New Zealand and United Kingdom charts. Their second album, Cargo (released 2nd May 1983) was also No1 in Australia / No2 in New Zealand / No3 in the US and No 8 in the UK. Men at Work have sold over 30 million albums worldwide. They first disbanded in 1986 and then reformed in 1996 to disband again by 2002.
