Michael Chaplin

MICHAEL CHAPLIN. American actor and singer. He is the second child and eldest son from Charlie Chaplin's fourth and final marriage to Oona O'Neill. He pursued a brief career as a pop singer in London's "Swinging Sixties" scene. He was known for his beatnik image and for recording songs including "I Am What I Am". He did get some press coverage at the time for his hippie lifestyle and run-ins with his famous father over money and career direction
