THE MOVE. British rock group from Birmingham led by Roy Wood who scored a succesion of nine Top 20 hit singles including ; "Night of Fear" UK No2 (1967) / "I Can Hear The Grass Grow" UK No5 (1967) / "Flowers In The Rain" UK No2 (1967) (The first record ever played on Radio 1) / "Fire Brigade" UK No3 (1968) and "Blackberry Way" UK No1 (1968). With the later arrival of Jeff Lynne the group evolved during the 1970s into the highly successful Electric Light Orchestra.
