1) NATALIE WOOD d1981. American actress who began acting in movies at the age of four and became a successful child actor in such films as Miracle On Fourth Street (1947). She had a well received performance opposite James Dean in the classic "Rebel Without A Cause" (1955) which earned her a nomination for the Academy Award for best supporting actress and helped her to make the transition from a child performer. She then starred in the musicals Westside Story (1961) and Gypsy(1962). She also received Academy Award nominations for her performances in Splendour In The Grass 1961 and Love With The Proper Stranger 1963. In 1969 she took a break from acting and had two children, appearing in only two theatrical films during the 1970s. She was married to actor Robert Wagner twice and to film producer Richard Gregson. She won a Golden Globe for From Here To Eternity in 1979. Natalie Wood died in a drowning accident in California aged just 43 ; her final film Brainstorm was released posthumously. Her death was declared an accident for 31 years ; in 2012 after a new investigation, it was reclassified as "undetermined" .......

2) ROBERT WAGNER. American film and TV actor, best known for his 1980s series "Hart To Hart".

A superb pair of 1972 autograph book pages, both clearly signed and dedicated in blue markers ; "To Jean Best Wishes Natalie Wood" - "Jean Best Wishes Robert Wagner".



From the outstanding & huge autograph collection of Jean Williams of Chelsea, all obtained in and around the London Theatres / London Hotels (The Dorchester) and the BBC Riverside Studios from the late 1950s into the mid 1970s. Including (amongst others) such notables as ; John Lennon / Marlon Brando / Steve McQueen / Sharon Tate / Lee Van Cleef / Ringo Starr and Natalie Wood. Most of the signatures in the collection are dedicated to her by the celebrity and then annotated and dated in her hand.
