About On The Buses

On The Buses

ON THE BUSES. Acclaimed British situation comedy created by Ronald Wolfe and Ronald Chesney broadcast in the UK from 1969 to 1973 running for 74 episodes and seven series. The BBC originally rejected the idea not seeing much comedy potential with a bus depot as a setting , however it was later accepted by LWT and became a major hit with the viewers.
