Paramounts & Procul Harum
THE PARAMOUNTS. English rock band who as The Paramounts had an early minor hit with a cover of "Poison Ivy" in 1963 which reached No35 in the singles charts. The core members of the group Gary Brooker / Robin Thrower and Chris Copping left in 1966 to form Procul Harum. The group then had huge success with one of pop musics greatest ever songs "A Whiter Shade of Pale" (a No1 for six weeks all over the world in 1967). Other later hits included "Homburg" and "Pandoras Box" No16 in 1975. Drummer Barrie BJ Wilson died aged just 43 of pneumonia in Oregon in 1990.

The page is signed again on the reverse by Barrie Wilson. There is also a cigarette stub with Diz written on it attached to the page. We assume removed off the stage by the collector.
