Persuaders

THE PERSUADERS. 1971 cult classic comedy crime series produced by ITC Entertainment starring Roger Moore (Lord Brett Sinclair) and Tony Curtis (Danny Wilde). At the time the show was the most expensive TV programme ever produced at £100000 per episode. Whilst well received in Europe, the show was a flop in the US and was dropped after just 24 episodes were made. Tony Curtis died aged 85 from a heart attack in 2010. Roger Moore died in Switzerland aged 89 on May 23rd 2017 after a short battle with cancer.
