THE ROLY POLYS. British comedy dance troupe established in 1980 by comedian Les Dawson and producer Ernest Maxin, designed as a quintet of plus-sized ladies known for their tap dancing and cabaret-style routines. The troupe was led by Mo Moreland a 4ft 11in performer known as "The Mighty Atom". She died aged 87 in December 2023
