After making her debut in 1955 in Alfred Hitchcocks "The Trouble With Harry" her best known roles include ; Around The World in 80 days / Some Came Running / The Apartment / The Childrens Hour / Two Mules For Sister Sara / The Turning Point / A Change Of Seasons and Steel Magnolias. Nominated on five previous occasions for an Academy Award, she finally won as best actress in 1983 for "Terms Of Endearment" .....
