Three Musketeers

THE THREE MUSKETEERS. 1973 film based on the book by Alexandre Dumas. It was distributed by 20th Century Fox and directed by Richard Lester. The film adhered closely to the novel, but also injected a fair amount of humor. It was shot by David Watkins with an eye for period detail and the fight scenes were choreographed by master swordsman William Hobbs.
