Wilfrid Brambell

WILFRID BRAMBELL d1985. Irish film and TV actor best known for playing Albert Steptoe in the classic BBC TV comedy series Steptoe and Son which ran for 57 episodes between 1962-1974. He also famously starred alongside The Beatles in their film "A Hard Days Night", playing Paul McCartneys fictional grandfather. He died of cancer aged 72.
