NINA AND FREDERICK. Popular Danish singing duo of the late 1950s to early 1960s, best known for hits "Marys Boy Child" and "Little Donkey". Frederick Baron Van Pallandt married Nina Van Pallandt in 1960 and they divorced in 1975. Rumour has it that Nina was the inspiration for the classic 1960s song "Where Do You Go to My Lovely". Frederick moved to the Philippines in the 1990s and became involved in drug trafficking. He was shot dead along with his second wife in 1994
