A rare 11x8 in sized letter on James P Pond letterhead dated July 1st in ink , signed R E Peary. Peary inquires about the recipients travel plans ; "The Falcon will sail for Boston at six Sunday afternoon ... state if Major and Mrs Pond accept invitation for cruise to Boston".
