WALKER BROTHERS. American pop trio who despite being called the Walker Brothers were all unrelated. They were highly successful in the UK and their good looks made them very popular amongst the teenage girls of the period. They scored a succession of hit singles including ; "Make It Easy on Yourself" (No1 1965) / "My Ship is Coming In" (No3 1965) / "The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore" (No1 1966) and "No Regrets" (No7 1976). They first split in 1968 and then reformed in 1976. John Walker died in California aged 67 on May 7th 2011. Scott Walker died in London aged 76 on March 22nd 2019.
