Postage

Memorabilia UK will endeavour to post out all orders made on the website before noon the same-day

UK customers can expect to almost always receive their item the day after ordering

* UK Postage and Delivery: All items (relative to their value) will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded signed for and by fully insured next day Royal Mail Special Delivery. There is currently a standard flat charge placed on the website of 9 pounds for every item ordered. If a customer overpays for postage we will attempt to refund the difference. You are welcome to contact us if you wish to be sure / discuss any UK postage cost issues

Please note that oversized UK packages (weighing over 2kg) will generally cost us around 25UK pounds to post by the above Royal Mail services. So we will contact you if we have to make an additional charge to cover for this

* OVERSEAS Postage & Delivery : All items (relative to their value) will be sent overseas by insured Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For. There is currently a flat-rate charge placed on the website of 18UK pounds for every individual order. Some countries outside Europe have a tracked OR a signed-for service with Royal Mail working alongside their own Postal Service. In these circumstances we always choose the insured tracked and signed-for option. These services usually deliver to Europe (within 3-5 working days) / US & Canada (within 7-21 working days depending on customs) and Australia & Far East (within 14-25 working days)

* FRAMED items. We no longer sell or post framed items anywhere due to high cost and risk of damage. The reasons are explained here Mounting & Framing 

* COURIERS: We do not use couriers

* PACKAGING: We do our best to pack well in order to ensure that everything arrives at its destination safely and securely. All parcels are marked fragile and posted in strong flat-pack packaging to avoid potential damage
