Amy Winehouse

AMY WINEHOUSE d2011. Distinctive and critically acclaimed English singer-songwriter known for her beehive hair and her eclectic mix of musical styles. Her debut album "Frank" in 2003 was followed in 2006 by the highly successful "Back to Black" which won her a record five Grammys. She won a Brit Award in 2007 for best British female singer. She will sadly however also be remembered for her well documented and self-destructive lifestyle whilst battling with alcohol and drug addiction. These issues contributed to her death aged just 27 on 23rd July 2011 .........
