Bruce Cabot

BRUCE CABOT d1972. American film actor forever remembered for playing Jack Driscoll in the original King Kong (1933) with Fay Wray. Other roles in films include the sixth version of Last Of The Mohicans / Fury and the western Dodge City. A close friend of John Wayne, he appeared as one of "Wayne's Regulars" alongside him in a number of his films (beginning with Angel and The Badman). Married three times Bruce Cabot died aged 68 in 1972 of lung cancer.
