WITH desirable original Grand Prix Company mailing letter and envelope dated July 31st 1966
| Certification: | American sports drama film released in December 1966 directed by John Frankenheimer starring an international ensemble cast including ; James Garner / Eva Marie Saint and Yves Montand. The picture was photographed in Super Panavision 70 in premiere engagements. Its unique racing cinematography is one of the main draws of the film. The film includes real-life racing footage and cameo appearances by drivers including F1 World Champions ; Graham Hill / Juan Fangio / Jim Clark / Jochen Rindt and Jack Brabham. One of the ten highest grossing films of 1966 winning three Academy Awards for its technical achievements. From the wonderful Michael Pinchbeck collection. This amazing collection consisted of over 2000+ music / entertainment / sport / politics & pioneers autographs on index cards / books / letters & photographs. All obtained in-person and through the post by him for 50+ years between the 1950s-1990s. The majority are dedicated to him and date stamped. As part of his archiving, there are numerous letters that help support the history and provenance of his lifetime dedication to the hobby of autograph collecting.
