MILTON EBBINS d2008. Film executive and composer. He became music director at CBS and went to New York in 1938, joining an advertising agency's radio department. His popular-song compositions include ; "Hip Hip Hooray" / "Coming Out Party" / "Tune Town Shuffle" / "Song of the Casbah" and "Dance of the Gremlins"
