ON REVERSE of this page the rare autographs of all five members of British post punk band Department S (Mike Herbage / Mark Taylor / Stuart Mizon / Tony Lordan and Vaughn Toulouse d1991) who are best known for their debut 1981 UK No22 single "Is Vic There".
