Certification:	From an extraordinary and very extensive (mostly) pop music collection (many on news-cuttings), obtained in the northwest of England during the 1960s by a Mr Norman Parr. We will include a copy of a 1964 letter sent by Mr Parr to Chuck Berry which indicates how he possibly obtained many of his autographs and mentions that his collection in May 1964 already exceeded 800 items.
