A desirable pair of original consecutive circa 1974 autograph book pages, clearly signed in red ink by both Gary Thain d1975 and Lee Kerslake (David Byron on reverse on this page)
GARY THAIN is a rare autograph. During his last tour in the United States with Uriah Heep, he suffered an electric shock at the Moody Coliseum in Texas on 15th September 1974 and was seriously injured. Due to his drug addiction, he was later not able to perform properly and was fired by the band in early 1975, being replaced by John Wetton. Gary Thain died of respiratory failure due to a heroin overdose aged just 27 on December 8th 1975 at his flat in London
