Stewart Granger

STEWART GRANGER d1993. English film actor mainly associated with heroic and romantic leading roles. He was a popular leading man from the 1940-1960s rising to fame through his appearances in the Gainsborough melodramas starting with "The Man In Grey" (1943). Married three times including to actress Jean Simmons (1950-60), he died aged 80 of prostrate cancer in 1993.
