Geraldine Fitzgerald

GERALDINE FITZGERALD d2005. Irish-American actress of the 1940-50s and member of the US Theatre Hall of Fame. She received an Academy Award nomination for her supporting role as Isabella Lynton in William Wyler's "Wuthering Heights" (1939).Other notable film roles included ; Dark Victory (1939) / Shining Victory (1941) / The Gay Sisters (1942) and Watch on The Rhine (1943) and Nobody Lives Forever (1946). She died aged 91 in New York on July 17th 2005.
